This journey has been part of my mission to make movement during pregnancy (and beyond) accessible to all, to educate women to feel confident and safe when exercising and to change the narrative and messaging around exercising when pregnant.

🏢 Corporate pre and post natal support - I work with companies to develop and implement a pre and post natal support package for their employees - this may include, but is not limited to - live Q&A Sessions, pre-recorded webinars and sessions & 1:1 consultation slots for employees.
